Box Office Opening Hours are 9.30am to 8pm Monday to Saturday. On Sundays, the box office is closed for telephone bookings but is open for in-person bookings and ticket collection 1 hour before any show in the Festival or Forum theatre and 30 minutes before showings in Malvern Cinema.

Tickets sold are subject to a booking fee of
£ 2.50 per transaction, which includes postage where applicable. Bronze, Silver and Gold Members of the theatre are exempt from booking fees, as are transactions involving more than 10 tickets for one show. Film showings are also exempt from booking fees when booked by phone or at the door but not when booked online.
