Wind is set to thrill audiences once again.
An extraordinary and uplifting tale about the
transforming power of love, Whistle Down the
Wind is based on the beloved sixties film starring
Hayley Mills. It stars Jonathan Ansell, who won the
heart of the nation as lead vocalist in X-Factor
runners-up G4. His exceptional voice has thrilled
vast audiences, won him countless new fans and
made him a huge solo star.
In a twist of fate the bright-eyed and youthful
Swallow discovers a mysterious man hiding in her
family’s barn. When she asks for his identity the
first words he utters are ‘Jesus Christ’ ...and it’s as
though her prayers have been answered. While the
rest of the townspeople are searching for a fugitive
escaped from jail, Swallow gathers the town’s
children, who make a pact to protect their new
found saviour.
In a stunning combination of multi-award-winning
songs, powerful all new staging and epic
storytelling, Whistle Down the Wind is a record
breaking sensation that is both mesmerizing and
moving.

An entertaining show with a quality cast
Bill Kenwright’s production of Whistle Down The Wind is deservedly receiving standing ovations almost everywhere it goes.
G4 fans would be hard pushed to recognize Jonathan Ansell such is the change in his appearance for the role of "The Man" but there is no mistaking his wonderful voice. He is talented and versatile. Carly Bawden is a very good actress with a beautiful voice. This is her first major role but you would never guess, she should go far. They are supported by a very talented cast. The well designed set also deserves a mention.
It will be interesting to see where the village children come from when it is Malvern’s turn to host the show as they are cast locally.
I thoroughly recommend a visit to see this very entertaining show. 
A fantastic, professional performance. The standard of acting and the wonderful range of the singing voices made for a very uplighting and thoroughly enjoyable evening.
Every one of the cast was a star! It definitely is a must see if you enjoy musicals.
Excellent production! It had it all! Beautiful songs! action ! Funny moments! The singing was first class, especially from the actress playing Swallow and of course Jonathan Ansell. Enjoyed every moment could see it again and again!
Brilliant show best I've seen the acting and sing was out of this world the children were all fantastic would pay to see this again some time
