Simon Yates: Beyond The Void

Simon Yates first became known as the man
who cut the rope holding his friend and
climbing partner Joe Simpson during their
descent from Peru's Siula Grande in 1985, a
story immortalised in the film ‘Touching the
Void’. 20 years on, Simon is one of the most
successful mountaineers of his time, and is
