MalvernBard presents...
Disconnected
A comedy by Nick Wilkes
Norman is an island.
Actually, Norman is a telecoms engineer, sent to a small island community to remove their red telephone box. They’re not happy about it.
On the island of St. Peters this red telephone box represents their history, their national identity and appears on all the postcards! It’s a lifeline, an iconic symbol and not too bad a greenhouse. So they’ll let no man called Norman be allowed to pull the plug.
With a boat to catch and a job sheet to complete, will time and tide wait for Norman? Or like the island will he end up cut off? You’ll find out whilst being Disconnected.
