Malvern Theatres is opening for live performances in the both the Festival and Forum Theatre. In order to ensure the safest environment for our guests and our staff, the following measures will be in place.
Tickets are available to book online and also by phone at certain times (Monday-Friday 10am-12noon). For tickets booked online, e-tickets will be issued. For phone bookings, booking confirmation emails can be used as tickets. There’s no need to print booking confirmations/e-tickets if you don’t want to: details can be brought to the theatre on mobile devices.
We’ve updated our booking system so seats are available in socially-distanced ‘bubbles’ of different group sizes. If booking online, you’ll need to book all of the bubble. However, please call the box office if a ‘bubble’ isn’t available online to accommodate your group: we may be able to help.
Tickets are available in advance only. No tickets will be available to book in-person immediately prior to a performance.
Entry will only be through the Grange Road entrance and the building will open 30 minutes before the scheduled start time. If arriving more than 30 minutes before the start, please queue either side of the main doors according to the signage and your specified seating area. Please don’t enter the building if displaying Covid-19 symptoms. Once in the auditorium, please only occupy the seat allocated on your ticket.
Social distancing measures will be implemented in all areas and we’ve put in place a one-way entry/exit system. At the end of the performance, exit will be will be via fire exits.

Hand Sanitisers and Cleaning
Hand sanitiser points will be provided and an additional cleaning programme will be in place to clean and sanitise high touch points. Customer toilets will be stocked with anti-bacterial hand soap.
Additional trained staff will be on hand to help. Staff will observe and encourage compliance with prevailing government regulation on face coverings.
