Members of The Standby Club are eligible to buy two reduced priced tickets on the day of a performance (max two tickets per production), where available.
Standby Tickets may be bought online or by phone as well as in-person and the price will be announced daily.
Standby Club members will also receive additional exclusive member-only offers during the course of their membership as well as receiving an advance season brochure.

How to book Standby tickets:
As a Standby Club Member you are eligible to buy up to two reduced priced tickets on the day of a performance, where available. Standby tickets may be purchased by phone or in-person during box office opening hours, or online from midnight.
To find out the standby price on a particular day, please either contact the box office directly, or alternatively logon as a member to our ticketing website (malvern-tickets.co.uk). If booking online, start by logging in, then select your seats for the performance and proceed to the next screen. As long as you’re logged in, the standby rate will appear as one of the available prices. Note that a maximum of two standby tickets will be available per member per event and also that a 12% booking fee will charged.
