Downton Abbey (PG)

13th September 2019 - 26th September 2019

Based on the much-loved TV show of the same name and featuring many original cast members, such as Maggie Smith, Michelle Dockery, and Hugh Bonneville, follow the dramatic lives of the aristocratic Crawley family in this historical feature, not to be missed.

Against the stunning backdrop of the English countryside lies the grandiose Crawley household, home to Lord Grantham (Hugh Bonneville), his family, and their tireless servants.

There’s all the glamour of the manor house, the expansive estate, and the charming servant’s quarters. But as ever, Robert, his wife Cora (Elizabeth McGovern), his mother Violet (Maggie Smith), and the rest of the family are never far from drama…

Following on from the much-loved BAFTA winning television show of the same name, Downton Abbey stars an ensemble of original cast, including Maggie Smith (The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel, the Harry Potter film series, The Lady in the Van), Michelle Dockery (Good Behaviour, The Sense of an Ending, Self/Less), and Hugh Bonneville (Paddington 2, Breathe, Viceroy’s House).

This historical drama set against the political and social backdrop of the early 20th century is one not to be missed, for fans of the show and newcomers alike.
