WORCESTER’S FORGOTTEN ORGANIST
Kevin Allen offers a long overdue revaluation of Hugh Blair, the dynamic, colourful and controversial Worcester Cathedral organist. The illustrated talk is based on Kevin’s forthcoming biography of Blair, who had a close association with Elgar and musical life in Worcester at the turn of the 19th to the 20th century.
