The National Gilbert & Sullivan Company: THE PIRATES OF PENZANCE

One of the most enduringly popular of Gilbert and Sullivan’s great comic creations, The Pirates of Penzance is full of memorable melodies. Jam-packed with sentimental, swashbuckling pirates who are really peers of the realm, a completely dotty Major General and a bumbling bunch of hopeless but hilarious policemen, what could possibly go wrong?

Malvern Theatres is delighted to welcome back the National Gilbert & Sullivan Opera Company after an absence of three years, with two G&S favourites, The Pirates of Penzance and Iolanthe. For this 2022 season the company will also be joined by the celebrated Opera Della Luna for two performances of HMS Pinafore.
