Wow! Last night's Rocket Man show at Malvern Theatres was the best evening's fun I've had in years. Not only was the singing, the music, the costumes, the lighting and the atmosphere, phenomenal, Jimmy threw in anecdotes about Elton and Bernie that had the audience in stitches. If you like Elton John's music, go and see this show. You won't be disappointed.
What a fantastic tribute artist Jimmy Love is. The band played perfectly and Jimmy as Elton John was truly captivating like you were watching the man himself. Sang and played the piano amazingly. A perfect mix of songs through the life and trials of Sir Elton John. 5 Stars all the way and highly recommend seeing Jimmy Love / The Rocket Man as I was blown away. Sadly the night was tarnished by the door lady at door 6 standing behind us cackling away to 3 other ladies over powering an amazing performance. My wife was elbowed in the back by one of the ladies at one point while they were dancing like they were at a school disco. In the end my wife had to say something because it was ruining our night out. Shame on her for her misconduct.
