PREVIEW PRIOR TO GENERAL RELEASE

Scottish filmmaker Scott Graham’s (Shell, Iona) third feature riffs on Bruce Springsteen themes of frustrated workingclass romantics, dead-end factory towns and the redemptive power of love in this evocation of restless Scottish masculinity.

In coastal Fraserburgh, young men dream of escapism through latenight drag races. Finnie used to be one such lad, but now about to become a granddad, he works at the fish factory and it’s his son’s turn to dream and race. Then one night, in the company of his son’s pregnant girlfriend, Finnie steals the boy’s car for one last joyride.

Director: Scott Graham
