“I’m sorry, Dave. I’m afraid I can’t do that.”
Experience one of the most epic cinematic moments in sci-fi history, on the big screen.
Stanley Kubrick’s 1968 dramatic science-fiction adaption spans over 4 million years, from the dawn of humankind, following the mysterious appearances of an alien monolith. Many years in the future, an American spacecraft is bound for Jupiter to investigate, on board is Dr Dave Bowman, along with HAL 9000, an innovation in artificial intelligence with an oddly human personality. 2001: A Space Odyssey takes us on a venture through space, time, and metaphysics.
A defining film that would go on to inspire many generations of filmmakers to come, grab a ticket to see this extraordinary piece of cinema.
