The National G&S Opera Company: The Pirates of Penzance

26th September 2018 7:30 pm

National Gilbert & Sullivan Opera Company

The Pirates of Penzance

Accompanied by a full Orchestra

Celebrating 25 wonderful years of Gilbert & Sullivan, the acclaimed National G&S Opera Company sail back into Malvern Theatres with the first of five fantastic, brand-new productions for their 2018 season.

The Pirates of Penzance is one of the most enduringly popular of Gilbert and Sullivan’s great comic creations full of memorable melodies you will be humming all the way home.

With a band of swashbuckling pirates who are really peers of the realm, a completely dotty Major General, his beautiful daughters and a bumbling bunch of hopeless but hilarious policemen whose lot is definitely not a happy one, what could possibly go wrong?   Be prepared for a delightfully entertaining and traditional production of this much-loved comic opera.
