An Evening with Nigel Kennedy

6th December 2017 - 7th December 2017

An Evening with Nigel Kennedy
Bach – Kennedy – Gershwin

Nigel Kennedy, the multi-million selling virtuoso violinist, has announced two very special December dates in Malvern – a town he knows very well.

Having lived here for a long period of his life, Kennedy returns with two shows at the Festival Theatre. These shows are the UK premieres of his brand new project in which he reinterprets the work of George Gershwin. Kennedy will also perform pieces by Johann Sebastian Bach as well as his own compositions, written throughout an illustrious career that is unparalleled in modern British Classical music. Having brought a fresh perspective to the classics by merging the traditional with the contemporary, Kennedy has sold out the most prestigious venues worldwide several times over, and brings his trademark effervescent live performance to Malvern for a celebratory homecoming.
