An exciting intergenerational event for February Half Term
We invite age and experience to join forces with youthful enthusiasm, inspiring people of all ages to participate and create! The theme of the day, All Together Now fills us with notions of the collective joy derived from the uplifting melodies and lyrics of song, vibrant colours of visual art and the sweeping steps of dance. Enjoy bite-sized demonstrations of the different classes and activities that Malvern Theatres offers.
Come along and Take Part in a morning of fun activities suitable for everyone.
10am – 12pm (Main Foyer)
Prop making with Make Your Mark workshop leader Bridget Lloyd.
10:30am – 12:15pm (Main Foyer)
Warm-up games and Taster sessions of Sing, Dance & Create and enJOY Gentle Dance with workshop leaders Sophie Jo Lusted and Fi Petts. Learn a sequence, rehearse the sequence, then put it all together to perform a unified number.
10am – 1pm (Circle Bar)
Refreshments and mini play area
12:20pm – 12:30pm (Main Foyer)
A flash mob choir with the Musical Theatre masterclass participants, featuring music from The Lion King. They will perform songs from their morning workshop. Join in and sing along!
Teas, coffees and snacks available throughout the event in the Circle Bar.
