Home Educated Movement Class
Wednesdays

11.30am -12.30pm
Ages 11 – 16 years
£5 per session
Children and young people aged 11-16 years will build co-ordination and confidence through movement and dance in this fun and creative class. Body movement and dance is an expressive form of communication; it can help tell a story, convey feelings and emotions and allows us to connect with others and with ourselves.
Led by an experienced Dancefest practitioner this class promotes learning new skills, making new friendships whilst supporting both mental and physical wellbeing in a spacious, friendly environment. Best Move weekly classes will put a spring in your step and a smile on your face.
