An event every week that begins at 11:30am on Monday, repeating until 1st April 2019

  Chance to Dance AM Ages 50 years + Mondays 11:30am-12:30pm 7th January - 1st April '19 (No session 18th February) £4.50 Per session, £50 per term A wonderful opportunity to take part in a gentle exercise workshop. This session teaches basic dance routines using simple movements.
