Frozen Light: The Bar at the Edge of Time

3rd October 2023 - 4th October 2023

The glasses are polished, the lights are down low, and time will be hoping. The Bar at the Edge of Time waits only for you, so what are you waiting for?

Leave the hours, minutes, and seconds behind, step across the threshold and meet the bar’s maestro mixologists, crooners and hosts. But a mystery lies at the heart of this place, a mystery hidden even from them. One that can only be solved when we spend our time together.

A multi-sensory spectacular for audiences with profound and multiple learning disabilities.

Frozen Light is a nationally renowned theatre company who create exciting, original multi-sensory theatre for audiences with profound and multiple learning disabilities.

Frozen Light creates theatre you can touch, theatre you can smell, theatre that happens during intimate one to one interactions and theatre that is collective. They build safe spaces in which to take risks and transport audiences to sensory worlds filled with awe and wonder.

★★★★ “Frozen Light’s clever design and energetic, likeable performances combine to create a delightful show for audiences with PMLD” – The

★★★★ “The way the show is so carefully tailored to the audience’s needs provides a vital reminder that theatre can accommodate everyone.” – The Stage on The Isle of Brimsker

One of the most uplifting and joyful performances we’ve ever been to.” -Audience member on Fire Songs
