  Seated Dance Class for Adults Fridays 12th April to 19th July (no session 31st May) 10.30am-11.30am £6 per session Gentle Dance is a seated class (with opportunities to stand), that encourages you to explore structured, and expressive movement in a safe and welcoming format.
