Termly rate: £60 (Taster sessions available in the first week of term for new starters only – £6)

This contemporary dance company aims to celebrate and showcase the unique and wonderful contribution older dancers bring to the dancing stage. No previous dance experience is required, just an openness and willingness to explore movement in a supportive and positive environment.

You will work with Translucent Dance Company to discover the joy and freedom of moving the body, connecting with others, whilst reversing the physical and mental aspects of ageing that dance is proven to do so wonderfully. “There is beauty to be held in an older adult moving, their life experience brings a richness to the stage that cannot be matched and is so inspiring to watch.”
