Featuring Tchaikovsky’s timeless score, played by a live orchestra, The Nutcracker is a classic, replete with evocative music and beautiful dance. This ballet has captured the imagination of many generations over the years and its romance and mystery continue to attract audiences worldwide.
This seasonal story tells of Clara, whose godfather Drosselmeier gives her a Nutcracker doll as a present on Christmas Eve. When midnight strikes, the world turns magical. Toys come alive and we travel through the Land of Snow to an enchanted place where the magic really begins …
