Opera Della Luna: HMS PINAFORE

HMS Pinafore is one of the greatest successes of the G&S partnership, and in Opera della Luna’s hands it becomes a fast-moving, totally delightful, and hilarious re-creation of the original hit.
Gorgeous costumes, a chamber orchestra, and an ingenious and imaginative production make this a production not to be missed.
Malvern Theatres is delighted to welcome Opera Della Luna for these performances of HMS Pinafore, which is part of a short G&S Festival which also includes productions by the National Gilbert & Sullivan Opera Company of The Pirates of Penzance and Iolanthe.
Running Time: 2 hours (including interval)
All of us at Malvern Theatres are saddened to learn of the death of Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II. Our thoughts are with the Royal Family.
Following guidance from UK Theatre this performance will go ahead as planned. There will be a minute’s silence followed by the National Anthem before the start of the performance.
